Lynnfield Accommodation

Lynnfield aims to provide a “Boutique” holiday home experience in Robin Hood’s Bay where you can enjoy your stay in a place which is both stimulating and relaxing.

The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen with Rangemaster 110 cooker, comprising 5 gas burners, grill and two ovens. A Bosch fridge/freezer,micro wave, dishwasher, washing machine are available along with kettles, toaster and a coffee making machine. Tea towels, washing up liquid and kitchen cleaner are also provided along with a full complement of pots, pans, cutlery and cooking implements.

The adjacent dining room will seat up to 10 people around a farmhouse style table, with original church pews for seating. There is also a vintage aga which is used as heating and contains two ovens - one is useful as a warming oven.

Bedroom 4, located on the ground floor, is a twin bedded room with full en suite facilities and a flat screen TV with freeview.

The large lounge on the ground floor has exposed wooden flooring, a wood burner, window seats with views to the bay and top quality sofas.

The first floor contains 3 bedrooms: Room 1 is a King size room with full ensuite and roll top bath. A black glass chandelier appeals to the those with a taste for the exotic. Room 2 is a large double and Room 3 a smaller cosy double and both have full en suite facilities. All rooms have sea views and flat screen TVs with freeview.

The second floor contains one double bedroom with a separate large shower room. The second lounge is on this floor and has spectacular views down to the bay and over the coastline. The room gives the feeling of looking out from the ships bridge and as the house was built by a sea captain perhaps that was the intention.
